Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website varies. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order, please see below.

 

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time (5-12 business days) and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office). After your order has been processed, our shipping company used for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be sent to you and your order can can be tracked through that shipping number.


PROCESSING TIME
In very rare instances, the processing time may take longer than the stated expected time frame during busy times like holidays, promotions, etc. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

REFUND POLICY
We typically do not offer refunds on products as we state the shipping time, as well as the product description on each product page and it is up to the customer to read this information and ultimately be the person who purchases. There are exceptions if your product is damaged and you are able to send us clear evidence through photos of your product, and packaging. When making a refund request please provide us with your customer information so our team can provide a quick resolution.
